My process...
I create for...
I create for people whose needs I think my creation will benefit in some way. Often my creations begin from a personal experience of some kind. For example, I might know someone who has a particular problem that the existing organizations and resources don't easily solve, and this might inspire me to create a solution to the problem.
I create because...
I create because it is the way I think and move through life. I tend to try to find things to create that solve problems in my home, business, or community that are not already being solved by others.

This is how I create...
I have developed a specific process of creating and organizing what I do, that works for all of the things I create. I have two and three dimensional visual models that represent these processes and remind me how to go about doing something in a field I may not have worked in before. People often look at the diversity of things I do and say "How do you do it all?" They do not realize that I am really doing the same thing, over and over again, and have been refining my processes for over 30 years with each project I do. What is my process? I have binders, books and computer files that outline it in minute detail.
I have found that when I am working in a team, it is important to have clearly defined roles that are appropriate to the situation. I may have major or minor roles, depending upon the size of the group I am working with, the dynamics and what they need.
